Key points

The Definitive Version uses a custom made engine, with improved fullscreen support, leaderboards, cloud saves, achievements, new languages and controller support.[1]
Other stores and versions should get updated in the future,[2] this article is based off the updated version and differences to the original Flash version are indicated.
