Command Line

By default the fullscreen option is borderless window.

Right click the game in the Steam window and click on properties.
click on Launch Options and add "-window-mode exclusive" then press ok.

Gameplay smoothness is poor in Exclusive Fullscreen Mode in contrast to Borderless Windowed Mode.
