Delete renderer_settings.xml[citation needed]
  1. Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\LAG\data\settings
  2. Delete renderer_settings.xml
  3. Try to launch the game again.
Reinstall PhysX[citation needed]
Reinstall Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable[citation needed]
  1. Open Programs and Features (appwiz.cpl)
  2. Uninstall "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable" (this version only)
  3. Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86).

Bad performance on ATI/AMD Cards

  • If you are experiencing graphics glitches or low FPS on a newer ATI/AMD card, try installing the latest drivers.

Cannot see Dedicated Servers

Verify Steam Master server files[citation needed]
  1. Go to the Steam config folder, found in the following location by default:
    • 64-bit Windows: %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam\config
    • 32-bit Windows: %ProgramFiles%\Steam\config
  2. verify that MasterServer2.vdf exists.
  3. If it does not, recreate it following these steps.
