GPU-Z is a free utility that allows you to monitor many facets of your videocard. Available for Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / Windows 7, you can use GPU-Z to monitor "adapter, GPU and display information" as well as "overclock, default clocks and 3D clocks". It has support for both AMD/ATI cards and Nvidia cards.
