Issues fixed

Audio in Cutscenes out of sync

Caused by refresh rates higher than 60Hz. Limiting the framerate to 30 FPS or your refresh rate to 60Hz resolves this issue[citation needed]

Game crashes after launching at "Fabula Nova Crystallis" splash screen

The cause of the issue is unknown - Square-Enix noted that they were investigating but have not updated the game since the first weeks after release.[1] A workaround involves launching the game on Steam through an alternate Windows user account. This circumvents the crash and allows the game to function[citation needed]

Black screen without sound during pre-rendered cutscenes

Re-/Installing the Media Feature Pack, Windows Media Player and/or Codec Packs like K-Lite Codec Pack or CCCP can resolve this problem[citation needed]
It is unknown what exactly fixes the black screen during FMV cutscenes as some people still report this problem.

Issues unresolved

Game crashes on Windows 10 v1809 October 2018 Update

On Windows 10 v1809 the game crashes whenever a cutscene tries to load, leaving the game unplayable.[3][4]
Workaround: Prevent cutscenes from playing by renaming the <path-to-game>\WIN\JP\movie folder, and use the Skip button when a black screen occurs in the game (where a cutscene would normally play).[5]

Crackling and popping of audio in FMVs

On some setups the audio of FMVs don't seem to play correctly. The audio has popping and crackling present akin to time stretched synchronous audio. Might be due to Sample Rate[6]

"You can delete(or relocate) "movie" in "steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD\WIN\JP". It's work, but you can't watch movie with game story.
P.s. If you see only black screan just press skip button.
