The official 1.1 patch can be found for Windows, Mac, and Linux Here, which fixes several minor changes, but is not required for the other patches.

Unofficial

The Semi-Official 1.2 patch can be found Here. It can be installed to any version of Fallout, 1.0, 1.0, or 1.2. It is required to install the Unofficial 1.3.5 Patch. When used together, they fix most of the bugs in the game.
