Method 1: Run the game in windowed mode[1]
Method 2: Use dgVoodoo 2[2]
  1. Download dgVoodoo 2.
  2. Extract dgVoodooCpl.exe and the contents of the MS\x86 subfolder to <path-to-game>.
  3. Run dgVoodooCpl.exe, and in the DirectX tab, un-tick the dgVoodoo watermark setting.
  4. Run the game.
