Go to configuration file(s) location. Open `config.cfg` Increase the value of this line `uset r_buffer_page_size "10"` to 20 or higher

The console can be accessed by pressing ~ in-game.

Enable console^{[citation needed]}
Go to the configuration file location. Open `config.cfg`. On line 63 change `uset g_developer "0"` to `uset g_developer "1"`. On line 88 change `uset g_console "0"` to `uset g_console "1"`. Save the file.
