Essential improvements

Higher quality music (GOG.com/Steam version)

Replace the music tracks with higher quality ones ripped from the original CD. Not necessary on retail version.

Replace .ogg files[1]
  1. Download the replacement Track02.ogg.
  2. Copy Track02.ogg to <path-to-game>\MUSIC\, overwriting any existing files.

Skip intro videos

Delete/move/rename video files
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\VIDDATA.
  2. Delete, move or rename 1.ETV, 2.ETV and 3.ETV.

An internal save feature exists, you need to use F3 at the main game screen to choose your previously unlocked level you want to play.
The game also uses a system of "passwords" for the user to access each level they reach.

CDDA Sound Playback Issue

As an old game, the audio can be played with the CD into a modern Windows only if the letter of the drive is the first alphabetically of all CDs periphical (virtual included)
GOG and Steam version support OGG audio

3D may not be rendered properly on recent Windows, use MS dgvoodoo dll

Install on modern computer

Use a 32-bit installer[citation needed]
  1. Copy all of the files from the game's CD to a new folder.
  2. Download InstallShield 3 32-bit Generic Installer and extract setup32.exe to the folder.
  3. Run setup32.exe.
  4. Delete the folder when you are finished.
