Instructions[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open SETUP.SCR in Notepad
  3. Edit the line Resolution(x, y, 32, 1) where x is the width and y is the height of the resolution
  4. Save the file
  5. Open the launcher and click Start to launch the game using the given resolution (see the notes below).

Notes

Playing the game in widescreen resolution will cause parts of the user-interface to be cropped off the screen.
If you click the Video tab in the launcher, whatever resolution you chose in the above steps will be reverted to the resolution that is displayed in the Resolution drop-down menu.
