Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TheMeatly Games\Bendy and the Ink Machine in Regedit
Edit the following DWORDS in Decimal Base mode
RESOLUTION_CURRENT_h224788829 to 1 higher than its current value
RESOLUTION_HEIGHT_h1134085259 and Screenmanager Resolution Height_h2627697771 to your resolution height
RESOLUTION_WIDTH_h525689618 and Screenmanager Resolution Width_h182942802 to your resolution width
Game is Hor+. Revisiting the video settings menu will cause the game to reset to a 16:9 resolution.
