How to obtain a list of hardware information: 

c:\Windows\System32\dxdiag.exe /t %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\dxdump.txt

and for 64 bit systems: 

c:\Windows\System32\dxdiag.exe /64bit /t %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\dxdump.txt
