Windows 7 Support
Age of Empires III and it's expansions are not officially supported on Windows 7. However, most users find that it works without problems even on Windows 7 64 bit.
Latest Patch
The latest patch for Age of Empires III and it's expansions is v1.14. Age of Empires III has a built in updater, but you can install the patch manually.
The patch will update any previous version up to 1.14, and can be found at the Ensemble Studios website.
