Yes, but the whole point of the key point is to make users aware that SMAA is hidden within the AO option, and that High preset enables both by default which causes LOD popping. And absolutely nowhere in the settings of the game does it mention that SMAA is included in the Ambient Occlusion setting. This is something that players will only know from others in the community or when reading the "fine print" in the PCGW article about the game and the Anti-Aliasing option.
The no. 1 performance tip for any player of NieR:Automata is to set the Anti-Aliasing option to None entirely, since it's not even needed and solves the LOD popping. How can something that critical not be "important" enough to warrant a mention in the key points?
