The games are .usm (Scaleform, IIRC), so the same should be possible, just with other tools. I have one "dummy" file I use for Sonic & Allstars racing Transformed, so I might try.
SO FAR: the "movies_ui" folder doesn't hold any logos movie. But I've managed to kill the menu background, so it might work :P
