Graphics feature State Notes
Widescreen resolution
Multi-monitor
Game is Vert- which causes the game to be unplayable on multi-monitor setups. To fix this see Multi-monitor.
Ultra-widescreen
Game is Vert-. FOV can be increased to compensate, but is capped at 100°, which is not enough to achieve a true 1:1 Hor+ image. To set a higher value see Field of view (FOV)
4K Ultra HD
Field of view (FOV)
FOV Slider. 75° to 100°. Default is 90°. For other values see Field of view (FOV).
Windowed
Borderless fullscreen windowed
Anisotropic filtering (AF)
Anti-aliasing (AA)
Low/Med/High/Ultra setting
Vertical sync (Vsync)
60 FPS and 120+ FPS
FPS cap set in graphics options. Max FPS is 120.
High dynamic range display (HDR)
See the engine page to force native HDR output, or the glossary page for other alternatives.
The game engine may allow for manual configuration of the game via its variables. See the Unreal Engine 4 page for more details.

Multi-monitor

Edit Engine.ini[2]
  1. Go to the Configuration files location.
  2. Open Engine.ini.
  3. Add the following to the end of the file.
[/Script/Engine.LocalPlayer]
AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV

Notes

This causes the FOV to be set too high. To fix this set the Field of view (FOV) to a lower value, e.g. 59 for the equivalent of 90.
You can use this calculator to find your desired FOV.

Field of view (FOV)

Edit Settings File[2]
  1. Go to the Save game data location.
  2. Edit settings.sav with a tool like Save Editor Online.
  3. Edit the FOV to your desired value.
  4. Download the edited settings file and replace your existing file.

Notes

Editing the in-game settings will reset the FOV, forcing you to repeat this process.
Use Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker[2]
  1. Use the Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker to access the developer console of the game.
  2. Press ~ to open console.
  3. Enter FOV X where X is the desired FOV.

Notes

Must be done every time you launch the game.
