Uncap FPS

The game's fps is capped at 360, follow steps below to unlock it completely:
Modify GameUserSettings.ini
  1. Open %LOCALAPPDATA%\PortalWars\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini
  2. Replace the line starting with FrameRateLimit to be FrameRateLimit=0
  3. Save the file & restart the game if running.
If you change your settings in-game the frame rate limit will be reset.

  1. Remove .htm from the file name and install the certificate.
  2. If .htm does not appear in the file name, open up the file explorer in Windows, go to the view tab, and check "File Name Extensions"
