Ishin no Arashi[Note 1] is a singleplayer strategy and Tactical RPG game developed and published by Koei. It is part of Koei's Rekoeition Game series.
Originally released on PC-88 in Japan in April 1989, it was ported and released on Windows in Japan on July 25, 2005. As part of the Kou Shibusawa Archives, the game was re-released internationally by Koei Tecmo on Steam on March 21, 2017.
