Field of view (FOV)

Change FOV
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\Packs folder.
  2. Copy System.pack to <path-to-game>.
  3. Drag and drop the System.pack onto unpacker.exe. This will automatically generate/create a folder in <path-to-game> named unpacked data
  4. Go to <path-to-game>\unpacked data\System and open the Game.cfg with a text editor.
  5. Search for zoomfar and change the value to the desired FOV value.
  6. Search for aimfar and change the value to something appropriate, as it will be the FOV when aiming.
  7. Close and save the changes.
  8. Go back to <path-to-game> in a separate window or tab in Windows Explorer, to have the <path-to-game> folder and <path-to-game>\unpacked data\System folder open next to each other.
  9. Drag and drop the System folder onto packer.exe which is situated in <path-to-game>.
  10. A Command Prompt will pop up and it will ask the following:
    1. A filename needs to be entered - type System.pack and hit Enter (the first letter must be uppercase)
    2. A file priority needs to be entered. Type 1 and hit Enter
  11. Go back to <path-to-game>\unpacked data, and there should now be a new file named System.pack.
  12. Copy the file to <path-to-game>\Packs and overwrite the existing file when prompted.
