  1. Use riva tuner statistic server or make a separate profile and add GK3.exe to your graphics driver control panel to limit max frame rate.

Notes: The arrow key camera speed/binocular camera is tied to the framerate. If you are on a high refresh monitor consider capping your framerate (example, 240hz monitor cap to 144fps).
