Issues fixed

Change a compatibility environment variable[3]
  1. Press Win+R on your keyboard.
  2. Enter sysdm.cpl and press Enter.
  3. Navigate to Advanced → Environment Variables.
  4. Under "System", press the "New..." button.
  5. In the "Variable name" box, enter OPENSSL_ia32cap.
  6. In the "Variable value" box, enter ~0x20000000.
  7. Press the "OK" button on all of the open dialogues to close them.
