Tales of Berseria is a singleplayer third-person ARPG game developed by Bandai Namco Studios and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It is the 16th main entry of the Tales series and is a prequel to Tales of Zestiria, set in 1000 years before the events of the latter.

The game was released on PC via Steam on January 26, 2017.

  1. Install Tales of Berseria "Fix"
  2. Download this file and extract it inside the game folder. let it replace the file in the directory.
  3. Launch the game and open the Tales of Berseria "Fix" ingame overlay menu [Ctrl + Shift + Backspace] and set the Gamepad to PlayStation.
  4. Click on reload in the overlay menu to enable the icons in game.
  5. In the controller settings of the game, make sure to map the Touchpad button for the Party menu and the Options button for the Pause menu.
The Touchpad button has to be assigned to the back button (left button in the middle) via Steam Controller config or through DS4Windows.

Run the game at screen refresh rate

Fullscreen mode defaults to 60 Hz, and the game has no option to change it.
Set desktop Hz[4]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open TOB.cfg.
  3. Change refresh_rate=60 to your liking (e.g. refresh_rate=120).

Notes

May break the in-game graphics menu; make sure all graphics are set before doing this.
