Go to the installation folder. Edit `userconfig.ini`. Change `FullScreen = 1.000000` to `FullScreen = 0.000000` and save your changes.

Mouse offset may be 15px off vertically.

Follow the instructions at Windowed to make the game run in a window. Add `GuildII` to the Favorites list in Borderless Gaming. Right click on `GuildII` in Favorites and make sure `Full Screen` is selected. Mouse offsets should be normal now.
