Field of view (FOV)

Set FOV wider than 90°[citation needed]
  1. Set the in-game FOV slider to 90° and quit the game.
  2. Go to Decimal to Hexadecimal Converter.
  3. Type in a decimal value between 180 and 255 and click convert.
  4. Remember the converted hex value.
  5. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  6. Open settings with a hex editor such as HxD.
  7. Find the hex values 66 6F 76 06 00 00 00 06 00 00 B4.
  8. Replace B4 with the hex value you got earlier.
  9. Save the changes and close the file.

Notes

Opening the options menu will undo the custom FOV.
