Issues fixed

Run the game at screen refresh rate

Fullscreen mode defaults to 100 Hz, even if the screen refresh rate is set higher than that.
Set screen refresh rate[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open graphicconfig.txt.
  3. Change REFRESHRATE to your desired refresh rate. (e.g. 120 or 144)

Yellow artifacts

Fix yellow artifacts[2]
  1. Download DXVK here.
  2. Extract the contents of the dxvk-*.tar.gz file with 7zip or WinRAR.
  3. Copy d3d9.dll from the x32 folder and paste it in the game's installation folder.

Controller Not Detected

On Win 11 machines xbox one or elite controllers not detected
  1. With the controller on, unplug your mouse from the computer.
  2. touch the controller, it should be detected by game, re plug in mouse, has to be done each time game run.
  3. No other solution seems to work for win 11.
