Fix movement stuttering at 60FPS by patching "data.unity3d" file.

Download the IPS Patch.
Open RomPatcher.js in a new web browser tab, or use a dedicated IPS patching utility (Such as Lunar IPS).
Go to <path-to-game>\ActraiserR_Data\ and use the data.unity3d file as the source ROM file, and the downloaded IPS patch as the patch file.
After the patched file has been saved, rename the file to data.unity3d and move it to <path-to-game>\ActraiserR_Data\, making sure to replace the original.

This modification raises the FixedUpdate rate in Unity from a 50FPS to 60FPS.
