Issues fixed

Massive Stuttering

The game is poorly optimized, even on high end hardware, stuttering or freezing is frequent with DirectX 12.
Run in DirectX 11
Provides much smoother performance on both low and high end hardware.
Will disable Ray Tracing and other DirectX 12 exclusive options.
  1. Right-click on the game shortcut (or on the game title in the Steam library), then click "Properties".
  2. At the end of the target box (or in the steam "Launch Options" field) add the text " -dx11", without quotes but making sure to include the space.
  3. Click "Ok".

Notes

This will also make the game work on Windows 7, 8.x (tested) and maybe Vista (untested).
