Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open the game.xml file with a text editor. Change <fidelityFxSR30>Off</fidelityFxSR30> to On and <fidelityFxSR30FrameInterpolation>false</fidelityFxSR30FrameInterpolation> to True Notes I haven't tested this myself, but someone else confirmed it worked for the RX 580

Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open the game.xml file with a text editor. Find the text <renderer>D3D_12</renderer>. Change this text to for example <renderer>Vulkan</renderer>. Usable APIs include D3D_11, D3D_12, OpenGL, and Vulkan Save the file and launch the game.
