Audio issues, missing DLL

Seems to be issue with Steam not installing redistributables correctly.
Instructions[citation needed]
  1. Go to <Steam-folder>\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\OpenAL\2.0.7.0\
  2. Run oalinst.exe.
  3. Reboot machine.

Notes

If still having issues, download openal-soft-1.21.1-bin.zip, and rename .zip\bin\Win32\soft_oal.dll to <path-to-game>\OpenAL32.dll.
