Issues fixed

Flickering Sprites

Although not a permanent fix, alt-tabbing will stop the flickering without needing to restart the application.

Config Settings Not Applying

While using a system with intel graphics alongside a Nvidia GPU, if config settings such as resolution are not being applied, try manually setting the application to use the Nvidia GPU for both config_dx9.exe and ysf_win_dx9.exe from within the NVIDIA control panel.
