Typo

It's not really a typo, because Shiva is a correct word and means the same as Shivah according to http://www.thefreedictionary.com/shivah. But since, the actual name of the game is Shivah, it should be moved.

Actually, our Humble Store page lists it as The Shivah: Kosher Edition, so yeah...
