How much of it is still relevant? The notes at the top seem nonsensical, the list is hard to read and doesn't really offer anything. Without references and updates after later patches, it's basically worthless.

Currently the first two key points ("Beta users are reporting good performance even on low-end hardware." and "...but strides are being made to enable offline mode and modding.") should be updated.
The first one needs to be confirmed now that the full game is out and the "strides are being made to enable offline mode and modding" needs solid backing. It seems like there are conflicting announcements for both these features.
Someone (no username listed) added a large list of bugs to the page SimCity (2013)/Bugs. If someone would like to look into this and add it to the page it'd be appreciated.
