Where is the source that Nixxes Software is doing the PC port?

Because I sure can't find any. On their website all it says is they did the 360 version and I found this:

Q: Who is developing the PC and PlayStation 4 versions of Rise of the Tomb Raider?

A: Crystal Dynamics will lead the development on both versions.

Crystal Dynamics were lead developer for both version but they only collaborate with the PS4 and PC Version as they were mainly focused on XBOX ONE.
