Recently, a fix for a major crash was added to the page. While this is a great breakthrough for the game, the original patch thread made it sound like it's not 100% legal.
Should we mention it despite its questionable legality? Keep in mind that this is the only known fix for this issue. By itself, the game simply refuses to load on modern Windows.
The legal issues they're worried about comes from the fact that this patch will allow the re-print version of the game to be ran without a cd. The wiki already had instructions on how to do so on the old version for a while now.
