There used to be a blank save file with the majority of DLC unlocked for the 2009 game linked to download here, but it was removed some time ago. Without it there's no other way to get it for this version of the game.
Talk:Burnout Paradise
Gamecopyworld (usually the only somewhat universal source out there) claims it's using SecuROM. EA support instead talks of Solidshield.
Albeit it shouldn't be technically impossible to mix them.. It makes no sense to authorize the game with 2 online services
GTAIV disagrees with you :D
I mean, I know it requires R* social club for online features, SecuROM to check license and GFWL for saving games.. But I would say they "sit" on different levels.
On the other hand SecuROM and SolidShield are directly in competition.
afaik Burnout Paradise was released back when EA had their SecuRom 'fetish' so unless EA made some server-side changes to the retail version's DRM to make it 'phone' to the Solidshield servers (which would be news to me) then the game uses SecuRom and the community manager is wrong.
How do I get to keep those? They are reset every time I reinstall the game, even if I keep the save files. Lon3wolf 17:55, 29 February 2012 (EST)
