High frame rate[edit]

Use Patched EXE
  1. Use the FPS cap fix. Available options are 40 FPS, 50 FPS, 60 FPS, and unlimited.
All cutscenes, both pre-rendered and rendered in-engine, will continue to run at 30fps.
Note that this may cause occasional crashes.
Force-gripped objects/enemies may constantly move upwards when using the 50 and 60 FPS exes; if this happens, use the 40 FPS exe.

Cloth simulation inactive[edit]

Cloth simulation is not active by default, leading to some visual bugs.
Set ClothLevel
  1. Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Aspyr\Star Wars The Force Unleashed
  2. Edit Config.xml
  3. Change <s id="ClothLevel">0</s> to <s id="ClothLevel">1</s>
  4. Save your changes. The game now runs with cloth physics activated.

Missing Sounds in Raxus Prime and Death Star levels[edit]

The Steam version of The Force Unleashed is missing sounds for the Raxus Prime and Death Star levels.
Replace Missing Sounds[4]
  1. Download the missing sounds fix.
  2. Decompress with 7-Zip.
  3. Extract files to <path-to-game>\LevelPacks\
  4. Overwrite all files when prompted.
