Disable camera rotation snapback[edit]

Fix Disable camera rotation snapback by editing a config file[1]

  1. Open <path-to-game>\windows\received\balancefiles_b1.4\config.csv in a text editor.
  2. Locate RESET_CAMERA_WHEN_PAN,1,1,1 and replace with RESET_CAMERA_WHEN_PAN,0,0,0.
