Issues fixed

Black screen fix

An issue exists for Windows 7/8/8.1 users in which launching Eets through Steam results in a black window with a mouse cursor and music playing.
Game doesn't work in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 now[2]
  1. Go to the installation folder.
  2. Right-click Eets.exe and choose Properties.
  3. Switch to the Compatibility tab of the Eets.exe Properties window.
  4. In the Compatibility mode frame, set it to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP (either service pack should work).
  5. Copy Steam.dll from the Steam installation folder into the same folder as Eets.exe.
  6. Launch the game through Steam. It will now ask for administrator permissions but will display correctly.

Notes

  1. 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/6100/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (6100) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
