Black border with certain aspect ratio[edit]

Fix Replace applicationLink

  1. Download the file corresponding to your aspect ratio. 4:3, 5:4, 16:10.
  2. Navigate to your game installation, typically Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Driver San Francisco or for Steam Steam\steamapps\common\driver san francisco
  3. Replace the original driver.exe with the one you have downloaded.
Information It is recommended to backup any files being replaced in case of any issues.

Game starts fullscreen and with sound but no video[edit]

  2. Open the file and modify Fullscreen = 1 to Fullscreen = 0

White screen and only sounds (OS X)[edit]

Information OS X users are reporting they are only getting a white screen and audio after launching the game.[1][2] A possible fix is detailed below.
