Note that if you are testing on Windows 8.1 or later a result like this can be caused by the mouse behaviour issues introduced with this version of Windows (see User:Garrett/Troubleshooting/Windows 8.1).

AndreyKva (talkcontribs)

I'm using Windows 10, this is the only game I ever had an issue like this with. Thanks for the input, and thanks for correcting a few mistakes in a my edit.

Only fill in the fields that are relevant (i.e. only fill in the software rendering field if the game has support for it).

See the Editing Guide section for details.

I have updated Template:API to only show Mantle and software mode when set to true or hackable.

epic cloud to butt script

Except it screwed up the Sleeping Dogs page. Please don't use it here next time.

AndreyKva (talkcontribs)

Ah, sorry about that. I use an extension for Chrome which changes any instance of the word "Cloud" to "Butt", and it seems that it messed up here. I was really genuinely surprised about that. This was 100% unintentional and it won't happen again. My bad.

Blackbird (talkcontribs)

I understand it was most likely not intentional, but be careful not using anything altering text on a place full of it :D

Mass effect 2 - Origin DLCs ?

Mirh (talkcontribs)

Would you mind posting here where ME2's dlcs are available on origin? Cause I can't find them there

Mirh (talkcontribs)

But again, you are required to use those freaking bioware points.. I was complaining about extreme cost, not the restricted shop

AndreyKva (talkcontribs)

The cost of the points is irrelevant. 800 points is 10 dollars, so Lair of the Shadow Broker is 10 dollars, the fact isn't changed by the cost of the points. Yes, it's stupid, but small, irrelevant complaints like that don't really have a place here. Sorry for late response.

Mirh (talkcontribs)

I perfectly understand that a wiki should be as neutral as possible

But considering that only the story related dlcs costs about 25€ (which is more than the price of the retail mass effect trilogy with shipping!) or about 2.5 times the price of the base game (5 times if you consider steam sales).. this is not expensive.. it's insane

Say "dlc are expensive" could be to rude actually.. but I'd still like underlining the fact that they are practically off limits. A total rip off.
there's no way a wise person could ever buy them. A negative point is the minimum.

By the way I removed your information point since I was assuming everybody already knew dlcs could be bought from the usual page... I mean there's even that thing in the game launcher
But you could be right, we should point out that anyway. But give the previously mentioned page instead of the origin tip, since not everybody is using that version

AndreyKva (talkcontribs)

Well, cost should never matter on a PCGW page. I personally liked the DLC and I thought it was worth it, but to each his own. Basically, PCGW is not for opinions, so it shouldn't matter in the first place. Also, I added how to buy the DLC on Origin due to how it is much easier and how you asked me yourself.

Mirh (talkcontribs)

Well, actually I asked you that because originally I thought you could buy dlc (or at least bioware points) on the origin website, since sales happens there once or twice a year

...my hopes were misplaced though

Anyway I got your points.. But I would still like to include solution for non-origin user.. With Mass effect 3 you haven't this problem (every copy need to be registered there) but with ME2 I still like choices

AndreyKva (talkcontribs)

As long as you don't delete how to buy it on Origin, go ahead.
