Why precisely is this separate from the gamejam version that's now used as a sort of demo? Even the devs do not make any distinction between the two, beyond treating the first as a prototype (which it was).

At this point we may as well merge them. I made the original before the Steam version was ever announced, and never knew the old one became deprecated.
