This works in talk pages and normal pages, to add a "Forum" or to disable one, just do the follow

Enable {{#useliquidthreads:1}}

Disable {{#useliquidthreads:0}}

Would this work if we made a template for it, ie Template:Forum or Template:NoForum (if you want it to default on)? Its just a little shorter and easier to remember.
