Only because it runs at 30 FPS? Meh, whatever. Let people buy whatever they want and move on.

I mean I understand there's some other issues with it, but that doesn't mean you can just act like that.

I don't mind 30FPS too much. But it's baffling that people are still dumb enough to develop games this way in 2015. And even more baffling that TecmoKoei continues to either be stupid or ignorant of reality.

I don't know, I wouldn't be so quick as to judge, it would be nice if they could at least explain why they keep developing their games like that to the public, although this is a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.

It could just result into a PR nightmare though. I think there's most likely some management issues. It's puzzling though because even EDF had that 30 FPS cap, although the engine works fine at 60 FPS, they probably set 30 as a target for the console releases and rebuilding the whole game for 60 would take too much time, all those animations, odd physics, weird hacks they might've done.

It kinda sucks either way.

It ran smooth for me (I7, GTX 970, 16GB RAM, etc.). There were some reports of crashing when clicking and/or stuttering in windowed mode, but I could not reproduce either. I explicitly removed the "unplayable" mention as it seems people like playing it at double speed with 60 FPS as the gameplay is a bit slow compared to Dynasty Warriors or something.

However, the way it locks the frame rate it bizarre, and the online DRM (double DRM) is even MORE bizarre - run the game in the "wrong way" and it sometimes just redirects you to the game store page in the Steam client instead of an error which I found kind of funny.

It also disables the Windows key which made me have to get out fraps for the screenshots; I guess it disables the Windows key to prevent application switching as it has odd mouse behavior when you switch back. Only explanation I can think of for that.
