Patcher and pre-patched installer?

There's patcher available, which does hex editing for the user, but it's in the forum post which requires registering to that particular forum and virustotal doesn't look promising, even if it's not virus. I'm guessing it isn't the smartest decision to link to it or mirror it?

Another thing I found floating around was installer, which had all the games prepatched with several languages. Even if that's the easiest way to get the games installed and working I'm guessing that ain't exactly legal way of doing it? As you can download Windows 7 image legally from microsoft and you can manually rip the files from that disc image.

I never knew the whole every single PC game thing was actually that literal.

For some odd reason people just now realised that newest version of solitaire has microtransactions - at launch of windows 10 when it already was a thing in windows 8, 8.1 and WP. I can see many major gaming related websites making news about it and people just being dumb in general.

So of course there's fix to make the "regular" version to work on newer OS I'm sure many appreciate it, if nothing else then giving elderly people the version they are more familiar with. After all bundled microsoft games on windows are like wii sports on nintendo wii.

Do they still ship that Space Pinball game with Windows 10? The whole Solitaire "outrage" is more funny than anything though, heh, a freaking card game.

Last version was shipped with XP, and the reason seems to be that they couldn't make it 64-bit. But I'm sure I saw tutorial of making it work with newer windows as well.
