Essential improvements

Initial Startup

Initial startup.
Settings and option to disable duckduck.

After starting Shoot Many Robots, it will load a page in one's default browser asking whether to use duckduck, which is an optional matchmaking and leaderboard service to Steam. This page load can be disabled in the options menu, and there is no particular disadvantage to disabling duckduck because Steam can handle matchmaking instead.[1]

Notes

  1. 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/96400/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (96400) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
