install and play the game in Windows 7 64-bit

  1. to install the game from the original disc, set Windows 95 compatiblity mode for "autorun.exe" and "setup.exe"
  2. after the game is installed, set Windows 95 compatibility mode for all the 3 executables "FORSAKEN*.EXE" in the installation dir
  3. download and extract in the game folder "D3DImm.dll" and "DDraw.dll" from dgVodoo 2 (tested with v2.44)
  4. download and extract some custom graphic card opt files
  5. start FORSAKEN.EXE, select "512MB" as Renderer
  6. after the games start choose any resolution in the visual options (can even choose 1920x1080, but it is limited to 16-bit)
