Key points

Improved compatibility with newer operating systems in comparison to the original PC release from 2000.
Slightly better models with more polygons.
Uses inferior MIDI music compared to the PlayStation version, though this can be easily fixed.[1]
Analog on controller works, however, Squall still only runs in 8 directions, whereas in the PlayStation version, Squall has complete circular movement.
Minor thin black bars on the top and bottom.
Button prompts are B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, etc., rather than the standard A/B/X/Y.
