Increase memory allocation

- The value should be at around 800 for 3 GB, 1000 for 4 GB and 1500 for 8 GB RAM installed on the PC.
- This has been obsolete for quite a while now. Game automatically allocates memory allocation when needed, and limiting it with the parameter can cause issues. Forum post from developer.
