There is an Unofficial BloodRayne 2 FSAA Patch 1.666 available here

After installing the patch on a Windows 8 machine, you must make sure to start up the "br2fsaaConfig.exe" file in the game's directory and click on the Cutscence tab to install the New Cutscene.dll. After that, make a copy of the "br2.exe" file (its the file that starts the game) and rename it "Rayne2.exe"

It includes the following enhancements to BloodRayne 2:

  1. 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/3820/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (3820) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
