    Set to "Yes" to enable V-Sync or "No" to disable it. If a user sets this to "Yes" and returns to this menu later, this option will say "No" again, so the user may think this option is broken, but V-Sync will actually work. This can be verified by NOT noticing screen-tearing after setting this to "Yes". (While V-Sync is on, the configuration file called "GameUserSettings.ini" will show "bUseVSync=True". While V-Sync is off, that line won't appear in that configuration file.)
